Art Cloth

Several years ago, when I decided to change my art focus, I took a class with Jane Dunnewold.

This year I spent a week with Rayna Gillman. Both are very talented, sharing and caring fiber artists. From their inspiration, I have fallen in love with making art cloth. Here is a photo of a just completed piece, a fat quarter, for sale.

The processes include dying, screenprinting, batik and more dyeing. Just love it. I only wish my photography would improve. I will be posting more photos of the art cloth in the future. In the meantime, feel free to send me an email if you wish to buy one. These are pieces of art for quilting, ATC's or anything you wish.

Sorry, folks, I live in NH and we are having our 7 or 8th snowstorm this month. I am off to shovel more snow. It sure is beautiful. Here is a photo as of 4pm today.:

Tomorrow will be a good snow shoeing day. The scenery is a sight to cherish! Happy New Year!

Glad to see you are posting again --hooray! I clicked on your photo but it wouldn't enlarge - although it SHOULD. Want to see more.

Happy New Year!
